Appointments & Treatments

 

 

  • All bookings for treatments and services are non-refundable.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-transferable.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded.

 

 

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always aim to be fair where possible.

 

 

 

 

Digital Products & Courses

 

 

Due to the nature of digital content (including courses, meditations, and downloadable materials), all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

 

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

 

 

 

Physical Products (Returns & Refunds)

 

 

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

 

 

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal or hygiene-related items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

 

 

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.

 

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

 

 

 

Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

 

 

 

 

 

Memberships

 

 

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time

  • Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period

  • Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle

 

 

 

 

 

Refund Exceptions
